Les Chefs de France is a casual brasserie nestled under the Eiffel Tower in the France Pavilion in Epcot theme park. Open for lunch and dinner, this highly rated restaurant features traditional French cuisine.
The menu is inspired by the nouvelle cuisine talents of a trio of French chefs. Relish the authentic tastes and flavorful ingredients of this simple fare. Appetizers may consist of a classic onion soup or an Alsace specialty, such as flat bread baked with creme fraiche, onion and bacon. The main course dishes change seasonally, but the menu may include such delicacies as roasted duck with cherries or broiled salmon with green lentils and smoked bacon. Finish your meal with the Chefs de France signature creme brulee or the famous profiteroles topped with warm chocolate. Choose from a substantial list of French wines from all regions to perfectly complement the cuisine.
Awash with golden hues, the elegant interior of this restaurant gleams with sunlight from its large windows and bright overhead fixtures. The high ceiling creates an airy feeling offset tastefully with redwood tables and chairs over a gorgeous mosaic floor. The ceiling rises above with textured patterns etched into the creamy tiles.
Don't miss "Bon Appetit from Chef Remy," a delightful visit with the adorable character from the Disney-Pixar film, Ratatouille!
