Disney's Beach Club Villas opened on July 1, 2002 and is the fourth Disney Vacation Club Resort operating at Walt Disney World. It sits on 6 acres of land and consists of 282 units. Adjacent to Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, this community of Studios and Villas shares the beachside delights of 25-acre Crescent Lake and the high-spirited fun of Stormalong Bay. The Bay—a 3-acre water wonderland—features waterfalls, a lazy circular river, a waterslide and an elevated tanning deck to let you soak up the sun's golden rays. Crescent Lake is the site of lively family activity—its surface dotted with rented watercraft and catch-and-release fishers.

On the white-sand shores of the lake you can stretch out and relax, or you can soak in 3 quiet crystal pools and 7 spas. Guests who want to keep up their fitness routine can take advantage of state-of-the-art exercise equipment at the Ship Shape Health Club, open 24 hours a day and offering saunas, steam rooms and massage therapy. And when you're ready to dine, treat yourself to succulent steaks, seafood, chicken and lamb dishes prepared in the open kitchen of Yachtsman Steakhouse.

Your day ends in bliss as you return to the Villas. The nautical allure of the Eastern Seaboard comes alive with architecture that features intricate wooden accents and a soft pastel color palette. Retreat to one of our stately Studios with kitchenettes or one of our spacious Villas complete with a kitchen, living area and a host of home-style amenities. Enjoy charming views from your windows and private porch or balcony.

Rooms

Vacation homes at Disney's Beach Club Villas are broken down into three different sized accommodations, ranging from studios that sleep 4, one-bedroom villas that sleep 4, and two-bedroom villas that sleep 8.

  • Studio - Studios at Disney's Beach Club Villas features a queen sized bed, double sleeper sofa, a nightstand, a small round table with 2 chairs, a ceiling fan, TV, closet, a small patio/balcony, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette comes with a microwave, toaster, 12-cup coffee maker, a sink, and a mini-refrigerator. The patio/balcony features 2 chairs and a small table.
  • One and Two Bedroom Villas - One and Two Bedroom Villas at Disney's Beach Club Villas feature a great room with a couch, chair, TV, two-person dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, chair and a large closet. In the master bath, there is a jacuzzi tub, 2 sinks, and a stand-up shower. Off the living room is a closet with a stack-style washer and dryer. In a two bedroom vacation home, the second bedroom is off the living room. This is almost 100% comparable to a studio.
Pools
  • Stormalong Bay - About 3 acres in size, Stormalong Bay has a large water slide fashioned from a ship mast, the deepest section at 8 feet deep of any pool at Walt Disney World, and numerous coves, jacuzzi tubs and a whirlpool area. This pool is for the exclusive use of guests at the Beach and Yacht Club Resorts, and Beach Club Villas.
  • Dunes Cove - A small "quiet" pool with depths ranging up to about five feet, changing/bathroom facilities, a jacuzzi tub and a few barbecue grills.
Dining

The Disney's Beach Club Villas is part of Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, which feature four full-service restaurants, a poolside counter-service restaurant, and several bars and lounges throughout the resorts.

  • Yachtsman Steakhouse - From the open kitchen of this restaurant with a delightful nautical theme comes mouthwatering steaks, seafood, chicken and lamb dishes for the entire family. Yachtsman Steakhouse in Disney's Yacht Club Resort is a dinner restaurant boasting high-grade steaks, succulent seafood, free-range chicken and juicy lamb dishes. The menu is rounded out with innovative children's choices for a satisfying family dining experience. A New England theme is the backdrop for this classic steakhouse where you can discover seasonal flavors every time you dine! Serving the best in quality, aged, grain-fed beef from the open kitchen that features a butchering room where the steaks are hand-cut, the chef has paired unique accompaniments with each entrée, and the sommelier offers a wide selection of wines from both new- and old-world regions on the award-winning list.
  • Beaches & Cream Soda Shop - Listen to favorites on the classic jukebox while savoring sandwiches, burgers and irresistible ice cream desserts.
  • Beach Club Marketplace - Located in the lobby of Disney's Beach Club Resort, this market and bakery offers fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches, and straight-from-the-oven pastries, breads and desserts.
  • Cape May Cafe - Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort offers all-you-care-to-eat buffets at breakfast and dinner in a lively, beach-themed restaurant. As you dine, enjoy the nostalgic New England décor and seaside setting of Disney's Beach Club Resort.
  • Captain's Grille - Captain's Grille offers an a la carte or breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner and children's menu of sizzling seafood and American classics at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. Cast off for fabulous fare at this charming nautical-themed cafe that serves a hearty menu perfect for land lubbers of all ages. Start your day with the all-you-care-to-eat buffet, or, if you have a smaller appetite, opt for a la carte. At lunch, savor such sumptuous sandwiches as classic New England lobster roll and grilled ahi tuna. Cap your day on a high-seas note with a wide selection of steaks and seafood.
  • Crew's Cup Lounge - For a light bite and drink, slip into this sailing-themed lounge that features beer and wine from the world's famous seaports.
  • Ale & Compass Lounge - Continental style, a la carte breakfasts are served in this classy setting. The evening brings a selection of premium liquors, beer and wine.

Touring Tips

  • Disney's Beach Club Villas is located near Epcot theme park, Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park and Disney's BoardWalk Area. The resort is in walking distance of both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood studios theme parks. Across the lake, and only a short walk, is Disney's Boardwalk, home to a great nightlife and a variety of eateries. Also in walking distance is the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resorts. Other resorts and parks are accessible by the Disney operated buses.
  • In addition to all the fun of Crescent Lake and Stormalong Bay, there's a high-tech game room. Children ages 3–12 can enjoy the Sandcastle Club, a supervised activity center that affords parents a carefree night on the town.
  • One-bedroom villas, 2-bedroom villas and Grand Villas (where available) at Disney's Beach Club Villas include full kitchens that feature a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, sink, cabinets and coffeemaker.
  • Sandcastle Club is a supervised activity center that accommodates children ages 3 to 12. Kids are treated to arts and crafts, computer games, Disney movies, dinner and snacks in an environment created just for them.
  • The white sands on the shores of scenic Crescent Lake offer a great place to run, tan and play to your heart's content. Watch the light play across the faceted surface of the water as the sun sets, and when night falls, delight in the sight of the illuminated BoardWalk across the way.
  • Guests seeking a tranquil pool experience can choose from 3 quiet pools in Disney's Beach and Yacht Club Resorts. Disney's Beach Club Resort pool is located in a garden area on the far end of the resort facing Crescent Lake, and also includes a steaming Jacuzzi. Disney's Yacht Club Resort pool can be found in its own quiet garden area. A third pool is privately located in the Beach Club Villas. Though it is situated for the convenience of Guests staying in the Beach Club Villas, all Resort Guests are welcome to enjoy it. An additional spa is found in the Ship Shape Health Club.
